Cisco UCCE design engineering capabilities of the architects would help Eljay’s partners to overcome the shortage of the skills available, Project Management and other implementation challenges. Apart from the Professional Services, Eljay Engineering’s capabilities on UCCE Managed Services can also be utilized by the partners globally. A brief on the team:

Team:

  • Two Senior UC Architectswho are CCIEs with more than 10 years of experience on Cisco Collaboration technologies design and implementation – They work closely with Client’s Sales engineering team on HLD, BoM Validation and Solutioning
  • Three Level 3 engineers, CCIEs with more than 5 years of experience in Design and implementation on Cisco UC and UCCE - They create the LLD based on Customer interviews and SE reports for the solution under the Guidance of Architects & also day to day operations management and support of the UCCE infrastructure
  • Six Level 2 engineers, CCVPs/ CCNP Voice engineers – With expertise on building and validating the configuration templates - They are primary responsible in Professional Services to lead the conference calls for the Site Cutover, NRFU testing, supervising Day 1 remote support from NOC, and Train the trainer or Administrator training for Customer contact. They are also responsible for MACD, Configuration Management, Troubleshooting and administration of the existing UC environment of the customers
  • Ten Level 1 engineers –Their primary responsibility is to prepare the configuration for Gateways, CUCM, UCCE, CVP etc. working with BAT templates and upload the configuration for testing in the LAB/Staging. In Managed Services, their primary roles are alert management, trouble ticket management and directing escalations
  • Three Level 3 engineers –One CCIE R&S, 2 CCIE Security – Their Primary responsibility is to complement the team in building and configuring Firewall, Routers and Switches.
